Processing times
Orders are prepared and dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been received.
Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.
During busy periods, product launches or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
All prices and shipping charges are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Delivery
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

Damaged parcels

- photographs of the packaging
- photographs of the damaged product
